U.S. Air Force Airmen from the 133rd and 148th Medical Groups complete Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) course near Little Falls, Minn., July 23, 2025. The Airmen, along with U.S. Army Soldiers from the 1347th Division Sustainment Support Battalion, participated in several tactical training scenarios which included simulated mannequins and living casualties while facing opposing forces helping them enhance medical and combat readiness skills.
