11/04/2008 ? SATHER AIR BASE, Iraq - Senior Master Sgt. Patrick Schipper helps Staff Sgt. Steve Breeden remove his protective suit after an emergency management exercise. The exercise offered emergency responders from the 447th Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron at Sather Air Base in Baghdad the opportunity to become proficient with the proper use of protective equipment as well as the operation of specialized equipment designed to detect and identify chemical, toxic and biological hazards. Sergeant Schipper is the Emergency Management Flight chief and is a Minnesota Air National Guard member deployed from the 133rd Air Wing in St. Paul. Sergeant Breeden is the Emergency management Flight training NCO and is a Tennessee Air National Guard member deployed from the 134th Civil Engineering Squadron at McGhee Tyson ANG Base.
