28 March 2009 In front of the Moorhead Minnesota Army National Guard Armory Staff Sgt Tony Hallen 133rd Logistics Readiness Squadron Minnesota Air National Guard removes tie down chains holding a 60-kilowatt generator in place on a flatbed truck. Sergeant Hallen drove up to Moorhead Minnesota overnight in the early morning of the 28th of March 2009 from St. Paul Minnesota to deliver these generators to provide needed power.
