Climbing the wall
Family Day at the 133rd Airlift Wing kicked off with a ceremony for Major General Larry W. Shellito, the Adjutant General of Minnesota. Gen. Shellito, soon to be retiring, was presented a framed photo by the 133rd Airlift Wing Commander Colonel Greg A. Hasse. Events for children and family members included a fish pond, shooting gallery, climbing wall, hay ride, bean bag toss, hammer bell, bouncing room, and basket ball toss. Static displays and demonstrations on the flightline included a F-16 ?Fighting Falcon? and one of the Wing?s C-130 ?Hercules? cargo aircraft. A K-9 demonstration by members of the St. Paul Police Department was well attended. Food was provided free of charge and served by Fat Lorenzos of Minneapolis to the Airmen and their families.
