National Guard flood response 2011

Minnesota Gov. Mark Dayton greets residents in Oslo, Minn. on April 17, 2011 to see first hand the small town in northwestern Minnesota on the banks of the Red River of the North, which has been totally surrounded by water during the spring floods of 2011. He recognized the contributions of the Minnesota National Guard and shook hands with many Soldiers, including the Flood Response Task Force Official commander, Lt. Col.
