Johnson and Ly are taking part in the Congressional Staff Breakfast, which informs members of the congressional staff on the Minnesota National Guard’s capabilities. The 55th CST, located at the 133rd Airlift Wing, is a unit comprised of Army and Air Force personnel from the National Guard that provides support to civil authorities for domestic Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and Enhanced Conventional Weapons (CBRNE) incident sites by identifying CBRNE agents and substances, assessing current and projected consequences, advising on response measures and assisting with appropriate requests for additional support.
