Rock Solid Warrior Published Dec. 29, 2008 By Public Affairs 386th Air Expeditionary Wing SOUTHWEST ASIA -- 386th Expeditionary Civil Engineering Squadron Airman, Staff Sgt. Doug Swigart has been selected as the Rock Solid Warrior for the month of December 2008 at an air base in Southwest Asia. According to Master Sgt. James Beltz, 386th ECES, Staff Sgt. Swigart has left his mark on the base by being the "go-to guy" in the utilities section of the 386th Expeditionary Civil Engineering Squadron. He supports the mission in the deployed environment by maintaining and operating utility sections such as water, fire protection and sewer lines to ensure public health and safety to all personnel deployed here. Staff Sgt. Swigart says, "I also provide the highest standard in reliable and consistent utilities systems with a forward thinking approach geared towards base maintenance and growth. Our section also supports any CE craft needed to complete mission requirements." He is deployed from the 133rd Civil Engineering Squadron, St. Paul, Minnesota.
