  • 2021 Wing Awards Ceremony

    U.S. Air Force Airmen from the 133rd Airlift Wing, along with friends and family attend the 2021 Wing Awards Ceremony in St. Paul, Minn., Dec. 11, 2021. The annual Wing Awards Ceremony recognizes the outstanding accomplishments of the men and women of the 133rd Airlift Wing who have set themselves apart from their peers during the past year.
  • Inaugural Class - Minnesota Air National Guard Flight of Honor

    Seven Minnesota Air National Guard members were inducted into the Flight of Honor on Oct. 17, 2021. The Flight of Honor recognizes past and present Airmen from the 133rd Airlift Wing, 148th Fighter Wing, and Joint Force Headquarters who have distinguished themselves with notable professional achievement and service or heroism.
  • Flyover for the Wing

    A C-130 Hercules from the 133rd Airlift Wing conducts a flyover at the Minnesota Vikings home opener game in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Sept. 26, 2021. The flyover commemorates the historic flight taken by U.S. Army Gen. Walter Rhinow, Lt. Col. William C. Garis, and Capt. Ray S. Miller on Sept. 26, 1920. The three men flow from Curtiss Field in Falcon Heights, Minnesota, to Washington D.C. The success of the trip ultimately led to the establishment of the 109th Observation Squadron, the first federally recognized Air National Guard unit in the nation. The 109th Airlift Squadron, the descendent unit of the 109th Observation Squadron, still exists today at the 133rd Airlift Wing in Saint Paul, Minnesota.

    U.S. Air Force Airmen from the 133rd Maintenance Group understand the importance of aviation safety. Each workday, the maintainers ensure that every component on the aircraft is able to perform at its highest level. When a safety time compliance technical order (STCTO) is delivered, the maintainers go to work, even if it’s not the 133rd Airlift Wing’s plane.
