Technical Sgt. Ken Kelly and Staff Sgt. Tony Hallen, 133rd Logistics Readiness Squadron, Minnesota Air National Guard, remove tie down chains holding a 60-kilowatt generator in place on a flatbed truck. Staff Sgt. Hallen drove to Moorhead, Minnesota overnight in the early morning of the 28th of March 2009 from St. Paul, Minnesota to deliver these generators to provide needed power.
